Coastlife Adventures Orientation Program

In the first term of school each year Coastlife Adventures concentrates its energy and resources into providing orientation programs of the highest quality. The transition from primary to secondary school is dramatically enhanced through a carefully designed camping program that is conducted in a pristine coastal environment.

Most of the activities are team based and allow for both monitored and informal social interaction.

Coastlife Adventures also incorporates pre camp peer support training for schools that wish to promote senior students as role models on camp. The camp manager also visits the school before the camp and conducts a staff and parent information evening as a free option.

Coastlife Adventures specialises in a variety of land and water-based activities used to promote new outdoor experiences, teamwork, communication, self-development skills, team leadership, safety and enjoyment in the outdoors. Our Orientation program is designed to assist in developing these skills from a mix of the following activities.

Our specifically tailored programs include: accommodation, catering, pre camp planning with staff, and comprehensive organisation of all administration and timetabling make it easier for teachers and students to enjoy and benefit from the whole experience.
