Team Leadership Programs

Coastlife's Team Leadership Program meets a real need in schools by promoting creative, unique and transforming experiences in a non-threatening environment with encouragement provided at every opportunity.

Program Outline

This program has been designed to bring students together by effectively building trust and breaking down artificial barriers between individuals and groups. The range of activities presented to the students aims to promote teamwork, stimulate creativity and cooperation. Safety is an essential ingredient of all activities, but at the same time we are aiming to stimulate the students with a range of physical and intellectual challenges.

We offer two different programs, one developed for 5/6 primary school students, focusing heavily on team building and confidence. The other program targets secondary school students year 7 through to 9. This program emphasizes and encourages team play, leadership and problem solving.

We can accommodate between 40 and 100 students at a time at half a day program. Larger groups are completed over 2 days. Costs per student starts from $12.00 and depends on the student numbers, needs and time frame.

What our customers say

"It was great to work with people who understand the school structure, limitations and expectations. The teachers were able to enjoy watching, participating and affirming our students with very little effort on their part. In half a day on our school oval, we achieved many of the goals that are aspired to on an extended camp".
